Carlsberg recalls license for its brands from Baltika
MOSCOW, Oct 3 (PRIME) -- Dutch beer brewing giant Carlsberg Group has terminated its licensing agreements that allow Russian brewery Baltika to produce and sell beers under the brands that Carlsberg owns, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
“We have informed Baltika Breweries that we have terminated the license agreements, which enable Baltika to produce, market and sell all Carlsberg Group products, including international and regional brands,” the statement read.
Baltika would be able to use the stocked produce and materials until April 1, 2024, the company said.
